Take Massachusetts Turnpike to the
Taconic Parkway. Take State Route 23 Exit then take State Route 23 west
to State Route 145.
From the West
New York State Thruway to Exit 29
Canajoharie. Left on Rt 5S to 162 South. 162 to Rt 30A South, into 30
South. In Middleburgh turn left on State Route 145.
